The College seeks a dynamic, articulate, and highly motivated College Nurse to aid in the development of injury care and management, policy development and risk assessment. This position is a newly created one and has not existed previously.
Hervey Bay is an idyllic setting, and while we are nestled in this peaceful beauty, we are seeking to disrupt traditional views of education and to bring learning to life within our students, but to do so within a Christ-centred setting.

Applicants must reside OR be prepared to live in the Fraser Coast Region. No overseas applicants requiring business sponsorship will be considered.

Applicants must be either an currently Enrolled Nurse or a Registered Nurse, and be able to maintain this accreditation.
Salary range is provided but an additional allowance may be payable should the successful Applicant be a Registered Nurse or have significant experience in Risk Management, Policy Development, Paediatric Care, Triage experience, or Specialist training in Diabetes, Head Trauma, or Sports Injury Management.

‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22: 36-40

1. Staff are responsible for understanding and applying the College’s Child Safe policies, contributing positively to a child-safe environment, and being proactive in reporting any concerns or identified risk;
2. Parents are supported in their vital role in raising their child through the educational partnership in which they enter; and
3. Students are encouraged to grow in Christ’s light, to learn how to live with others, and to grow in their understanding and love of Christ.
