About the role

F45 Training Westleigh is seeking a passionate and driven Membership Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our unique fitness experience and assisting members with all aspects of their membership. This casual position is based at our state-of-the-art facility in Westleigh NSW 2120.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective members

Conducting engaging consultations to understand member needs and interests

Guiding members through the onboarding process and facilitating membership sales

Maintaining detailed records of member information and interactions

Assisting with the coordination of member events and challenges

Promoting F45 Training's innovative group workout programs and services

Collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales and retention targets

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales, customer service or fitness-related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

A keen interest in health, fitness and wellness

Passion for providing an exceptional member experience

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
