About the role

Are you a driven sales professional looking to join an industry-leading brand that empowers women? As a Membership Sales Consultant at Fernwood Womens Health Clubs, you'll be responsible for driving new membership sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience at our North Rocks, NSW location. This casual position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance your work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with potential members to understand their fitness goals and provide tailored solutions

Conducting facility tours and delivering compelling sales presentations

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Providing exceptional customer service and developing long-lasting relationships with members

Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales activities

Collaborating with the broader sales team to identify opportunities and share best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 months' experience in face-to-face sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the fitness or health industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively present to potential members

A driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals

Experience working in a KPI-driven sales environment with measurable targets

Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a busy sales pipeline

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Must have Australian work rights or valid visa permitting employment

Basic computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems (experience with fitness management software preferred)

Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
