Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join a dynamic property investment and management business based in the Brisbane CBD. The company is committed to optimising property performance and building strong stakeholder relationships in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing property portfolios, overseeing financials, managing staff and ensuring compliance with management agreements.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse property portfolio, including financial oversight, tenant relations, and compliance. The role requires a proactive approach to property operations, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts for all properties
• Oversee rental arrears, debt recovery, and lease compliance
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor relationships
• Ensure accuracy of billings, invoices, and lease charges
• Support tenant negotiations and secure new tenants with leasing agents
• Maintain tenancy schedules, insurances, and document management systems

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in retail, commercial, or industrial property management
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (MRI desirable)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
