Due to their success, they have created an opportunity for an Investment Analyst.

About the role
This is an integral role, responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis and strategic support to the investment & asset management teams, with a focus on evaluating potential acquisitions and supporting the existing portfolio. These acquisitions span core, value-add, and opportunistic investment strategies across Australia and all real estate sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Investment & Acquisition Analysis

• Underwrite, conduct due diligence, and support transaction execution for new acquisitions.
• Build and maintain financial models for new transactions.
• Assist in negotiations of acquisition terms, development agreements, and term sheets.
• Prepare investment committee papers and presentations for stakeholders.
• Represent at investor meetings, supplier engagements, and industry events.
• Liaise with external advisors and collaborate with regional teams on cross-border opportunities.
• Contribute to capital raising and maintain investor relations.

Asset & Portfolio Management Analysis

• Develop and maintain cash flow models, reforecasts, and internal property valuations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly property management reports.
• Analyse income and expense variances, leasing transactions, and capital expenditure programmes.
• Assist with annual budgeting and strategic asset planning.
• Maintain reporting tools and analytical templates.
• Conduct market research and support the preparation of investment papers and reports.

Research & Analysis

• Perform detailed market research and benchmarking of comparable transactions.
• Contribute to investor presentations and market reports

About you

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of real estate leases, property and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of capital structuring, investment structures, tax, and performance drivers.
• Broad knowledge of real estate sectors and the Australian market.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to quality outcomes.
• Strong time management and attention to detail, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
