Supporting a Senior Associate, Associate and 2 Lawyers in the Public Liability and Abuse team

The Role

You will be working as an Insurance Defendant Legal Secretary of a national law firm. You will be supporting a Senior Associate, Associate and 2 Solicitors in the Public Liability & Abuse department.

Your duties will involve

• Typing of court documents and correspondence, amending court documents, filing,
• Diary management, organising medico-legal appointments
• Monthly billings,
• Dealing with clients over the phone,
• preparation of briefs and general administration duties.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 1 years Legal Secretary experience. Litigation or Insurance Litigation Secretarial experience is also essential.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

National mid tier law firm of 90 staff, yearly salary/performance reviews, paid parental leave, quarterly drinks, have a social committee, every Friday is casual day, induction training. Offer work from home of 1 or 2 days a week. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70000 - $80,000 including superannuation).
