About the role

You’ll oversee the full manufacturing process from production and fabrication through to installation, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. The role involves a mix of workshop work, site installs and team coordination, with support from management and admin staff.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily production and installation schedules

Lead and assist with fabrication, printing and installs

Supervise, train and support production & signwriting staff

Maintain an organised workshop, equipment and materials

Liaise with design, sales and management teams to clarify job details

Ensure all work meets quality, safety and deadline requirements

Essential skills

Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment

Advanced knowledge of signage manufacture and installation

Problem solver with excellent verbal & written communication skills

Commitment to safe, tidy and professional work practices

Advantageous skills

Signwriting formal qualification

Adobe Illustrator basics

EWP High Risk licence
