SlickAzz Protective Films is looking for a Signwriter located to work in Brendale & Wacol, Brisbane.

Qualifications:
AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF
Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

SlickAzz Protective Films is Brisbane's leading Paint Protection Film business, with two store locations in Wacol & Brendale. We are a growing business with the need to expand into signage and vinyl. We work on some of the biggest rigs, ranging from American 4WDs to Trucks, and we promise there is never a dull moment!

Responsibilities;

Creating and editing files for vehicle signage using CAD software.

Utilising computer software and signmaking machinery to design and produce signs and graphics

Analyse client’s requirement to estimate the material cost, time and labour

required to complete the job

Prepare vehicle for installation of signage of printed and/or laminated films,

including computer cut decals

Measuring vehicle for material usage and read work orders to define type of sign

specified, work procedures and materials required.

Install printed, laminated, and/or PVC films on vehicles in line with client design.

Communicating with the client at the initial stage and throughout the process to

fully understand the composition of the sign or wrapping and client’s

expectations.

General tidying of the workshop

Potentially working on scaffolding

Disassemble removable pieces of vehicles for ease of install

Opportunity to be recognised as an Accredited BushWrapz PPF Installer after training is completed.

This role is a full-time position, 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday in our Brisbane locations.
