Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)

Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)

7 Day availability including weekends and late night thursday

Mister Minit is the market leader in our sector. We are looking for a reliable and flexible team member with a strong people focus and an open and friendly style.

Previous experience in retail sales is preferable and industry experience will be looked upon favorably.

Full Time position for the right candidate - must be able to work weekends and late night shopping hours.

Applicant will be required to work in Sunnybank Hills, Grand Plaza or Redbank, so a car and a license would be of benefit.

Full training is provided, good wages and an attractive incentive plan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will learn many different skills which will apply to your everyday tasks, these include but are not limited to:

Deliver Brilliant Customer Service Through the Repairs and Customization of Customer Items

Manage Cash and Security at Shop Level

Promotion of Merchandise and Products to Suit Customer Needs

Motivate and Encourage Fellow Team Members

Oversee Cleanliness of Shop and Maintenance of All Equipment
