This includes the implementation of a new CRM platform to improve how the organisation engages with stakeholders, manages programs, and handles data.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join an exciting transformation project. You’ll help capture and document current and future processes, support data activities, and assist with preparing for go-live.

This role is perfect for someone curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, who enjoys connecting the dots between technology and business. Tenure is a plus, but motivated candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to grow will thrive in this role.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the bridge between project delivery and business operations, turning stakeholder input into clear documentation that ensures a seamless rollout of the new platform.

Review and update existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

Document new processes where workflows are impacted or not yet defined.

Develop Test Plans and UAT scripts, supporting user acceptance testing and defect resolution.

Work closely with the Data Analyst to support data mapping, validation, and migration.

Contribute to the creation of training materials, guides, and templates for system users.

Support reporting requirements by developing simple reports and documentation.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to map processes, triage testing issues, and maintain delivery momentum.

What You'll Bring

You’re a proactive, analytical professional who enjoys diving into detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You thrive in collaborative project environments, bringing clarity and consistency to teams working across both BAU and transformation initiatives.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst on technology implementation or process improvement projects.

Strong capability in process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Experience preparing and running UAT, including test plan development and defect management.

Familiarity with data migration or data mapping activities.

Excellent communication skills, able to translate between business and technical audiences.

High attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
