Responsibilities:
Admin & Office: Run day-to-day office operations, document control, meeting coordination, and reporting. Keep data clean across our systems and uphold privacy and security policies.
Sales Support & CRM: Prepare quotes, track enquiries, keep the CRM accurate, and help with reports and KPIs. Maintain professional client communication end-to-end.
Operations Support: Coordinate schedules, logistics, job tracking, and registers for vehicles, equipment, and stock. Help with WHS audits and documentation.
HR Admin: Manage onboarding and offboarding, contracts, licences, and training records. Maintain BrightHR. Support timesheets, leave, and payroll coordination with the bookkeeper.
PA to Director: Manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and confidential documents. Assist with permits and business development admin.
What you bring
Certificate IV in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years experience in office admin, HR coordination, or operations support
Confident with MS Office and modern CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar), BrightHR, and job management tools
Understanding of WHS legislation and workplace safety procedures (desirable)
Clear written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder liaison
Professional, organised, detail-focused, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
High integrity and confidentiality
Unrestricted right to work in Australia
