Adminovate is located in the lovely Brendale Business Park on South Pine Road, Brendale in Moreton Bay, with two beautiful cafes in the complex (it matters, we know!). We provide comprehensive administration and reception services for a diverse range of businesses across various industries, including allied health, trades, professional services, and more. We're excited to announce that we're seeking two exceptional, enthusiastic administrative officers to join our team.

The role
This role is focused on full-service administration and customer service. We are seeking a full time Administration rockstar, across trades and allied health sectors to join our close-knit team.
To give you an idea of what your day might look like, here's what you need to be proficient in:
Answering calls for more than 80 businesses
Booking and changing appointments
Explaining costs and billing to patients
whole-of-business management for trades and psychology businesses
Looking after email inboxes and patient communication for multiple businesses
Managing patient invoicing and receipts
Managing Medicare rebates
Exceptional literacy and execution in Microsoft Office (including Excel), and other standard software programs.
Preparing and proofing Social Media releases and CRM communication
To excel in this role, you must be able to:
Take initiative and problem-solve
Multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
Provide an empathetic ear while remaining on task
Understand the boundaries of client confidentiality and the implications of professional advice
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
Experience in psychology reception or experience with Medicare and third party funding.
Proven ability to multitask effectively and risk-assess situations as they arise.
Familiarity with SimPRO or ServiceM8 bookings systems would be beneficial but not necessary
This position requires someone who takes initiative, manages their workload, actively looks for their next task in a fast-paced, complicated environment, and prioritises work from a lot of input channels simultaneously. Having said that, we're a lot of fun, and we're proud of our friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
