Fashion & Store Manager - Canberra Civic

Your days will be spent looking after your customer's wardrobe, homewares, gifts & lifestyle needs, and you will be excited to work in a fast-paced city-store environment with a focus on store standards and creating a cohesive team culture!

As the Store Manager of the Canberra City Flagship store, you will be experienced in retail management while being the face of the brand for your customers. From the moment of your meet and greet, you will also play a big part in building this business within beautiful community. You will lead by the front and adore providing a high level of energetic, fun and engaging customer service.

For success in this role you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about retail with a hands-on approach leadership, and you will be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster...!

What we NEED from YOU...!

• Fashion Management experience is essential
• A passion to delivering outstanding customer service
• Good knowledge of KPI's, sales process, budgets & reports.
• Amazing personal presentation and visual merchandising skills
• Experience with high stock fashion volume
• Great time management and communication skills
• Self-motivated, and you know how to inspire your team to achieve results!
• Focused on learning, development and career progression
