This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape iconic projects both nationally and internationally, whilst mentoring a talented team in a fast-paced, creative environment!

Key responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of large scale multi-residential and mixed-use projects

Oversee and manage project teams across all phases

Drive project outcomes, ensuring design integrity and quality

Oversee project planning, scheduling and documentation across all phases

Contribute to design reviews and strategic direction

Support business development and bid submissions

Liaise with clients and shareholders

Skills & experience

Relevant tertiary qualifications

Minimum 10 years’ experience in architecture

Strong Revit proficiency essential

Proven experience and leadership in large-scale projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to business development advantageous
