About the Role:
Our Client supplies world leading Construction Equipment brands through sales and hire of their equipment throughout four countries in the World and in addition, they also have a comprehensive after-sales divisions for servicing and parts.

A position is now available for a driven and conscientious person who is mechanically minded or has experience and knowledge of parts processes within automotive, heavy vehicle, agriculture or similar. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with the workshop and service team, sourcing new, used or remanufactured parts from a variety of sources.

Duties:

• Source parts for Internal customers from a variety of sources
• Interpreting parts requests from the Workshop & taking care of the transfer and delivery of parts to workshop
• Transferring parts back from workshop and relocating them when no longer needed
• Ensure an accurate and efficient turn around of all requests
• Maintaining a safe workplace by complying with all health and safety legislation

Skills and Experience:

• Experienced in stores/parts consulting in automotive, heavy vehicle, mobile plant or similar
• Professional Phone Manner essential
• A high level of computer skills
• Positive, friendly, can-do attitude
• Hard worker, who is honest and reliable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Forklift licence highly desirable
• Drivers Licence
• Physically fit, with the ability to undertake heavy lifting
• MUST be in Australia and have full working rights.
