About the Role
As the Compliance Engineer, you'll be the technical authority on product compliance, ensuring new and existing products meet international standards for electrical safety and environmental performance. You'll work across the full product lifecycle: From concept and design through to validation and production, partnering with design, test, and manufacturing teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead compliance engineering activities across multiple product lines.
• Interpret and apply global standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate testing and certification with external labs and partners.
• Advise engineering teams on safety-critical design elements.
• Support manufacturing site certification and process development.
• Prepare documentation and deliver training on evolving standards.

About You
Essential:

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience in compliance engineering within regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of international standards
• Proven ability to prepare technical documentation for certification bodies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Desirable:

• Experience in product design with a focus on compliance.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally for testing and standards engagement.
