About the role

Join the passionate team at Noahs Ark Learning Academy as a Childcare Educator / Trainee. In this full-time role based in Botany / Eastlakes, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional early childhood education and care to our growing community.

What you'll be doing

Providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop

Planning and implementing engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Observing and documenting children's progress to inform future learning experiences

Building strong relationships with children and their families

Collaborating with the teaching team to continually improve our practice

Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (Certificate III minimum, Diploma preferred) or currently enrolled in relevant studies

Experience working in a similar childcare or early learning environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning

Genuine passion for supporting the development of young children

Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations

Open to trainees currently studying Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

Australian working rights or valid work visa
