About the role

Future Explorers Early Learning Centre is seeking experienced Childcare Roomleaders and Educators to join our team in North Turramurra, NSW. This full-time & casul role is responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for the children in our care.

What you'll be doing

Organise and facilitate engaging educational activities and programs for children of all ages

Provide exceptional care, supervision and support to the children in your room

Work collaboratively with other educators to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and their families

Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all children

Comply with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

Undertake continuous professional development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Multiple roles (room leaders and educators) in various age group

Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Childcare Educator

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Childcare regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and a passion for delivering high-quality educational programs

Commitment to providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for children

Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check

Native spanish language speaking (2 available roles)
