Daily Job:

Programming and monthly reporting to parents

Consistently improve centre performance

Attract, convert, and retain enrollments by engaging and building rapport with parents, families, and community networks

Requirements:

Cert III, Dip Full time position, no visa or working condition

Possesses on-floor work experience and a strong passion for working with children, particularly those aged 2 to 3 years old.

Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF with proven results

A dynamic personality, creativity and a clear passion for early childhood education

Excellent communication skills

A cooperative team player who loves and respects children in all their individuality and developmental stages
