About the Roles

We are on the hunt for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our heritage listed, iconic venue, Barrenjoey House. As Chef de Partie you will join an exceptional team of professionals and deliver an elevated food experience to our guests. Here are just some of the things our BHG CDPs get up to:

Prepping for service;

Delivering on-trend, relevant, seasonal food offerings from the kitchen;

Learning new techniques in all sections of the kitchen;

Stock management and waste control;

Ensure that food is prepared and delivered to guests in line with The Boathouse Group standards of quality and service.

About You

To be the perfect addition to our team, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Cook or Chef, working in a busy hospitality environment. You will also:

Have a confident and can-do attitude;

Be friendly, approachable and genuine;

Have a passion for well-executed food;

Be a team player with a collaborative working style;

Qualification in professional cookery (Certificate III) or similar from a recognised training institute or international equivalent.
