About the Opportunity
This role supports the development and continuous improvement of the City’s business systems, data platforms, and digital services. You’ll help ensure these tools meet operational and strategic needs, while maintaining data integrity, accessibility, and reliability. Working across teams, you’ll deliver insights, streamline processes, and enhance user experience through effective system integration and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Essential
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or substantial equivalent experience.
Proven experience in administering and improving corporate systems (e.g., Infor - Pathway).
Comprehensive experience in data management, data modelling and reporting.
Comprehensive experience in analysing IT processes and systems.
Substantial experience in the design of innovative technical solutions in order to meet business needs.
