About the role
This dynamic role supports our team across correspondence, meeting and reporting coordination, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensures our office runs smoothly.
From making sure accounts are in order, data has integrity, reports are delivered on time, systems and procedures are utilised and people are where they need to be when they need to be when they are meant to be there, the role works closely with our General Manager to achieve exceptional service outcomes.
About you

You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and flourish in a fast-paced environment where you take initiative, bring a positive solution focused mindset with impressive attention to detail. In addition, you will also possess:
- Ideally qualifications in administration or office management
- Prior success in supporting a busy and varied team, ideally in a community services organisation
- Great communication and engagement skills with a diver range of people, some at times experiencing hardship or complex circumstances, you’ll bring a high level of empathy and compassion
- Experience in invoicing, accounts, payroll and WHS support
- Exceptional organisation skills with a love of multi-tasking, juggling priorities and meeting tight timeframe
- A keen eye for detail and ensuring all compliance adheres to applicable legal and regulatory standards, and you’ll be incredibly systems savvy across Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Drivers licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
