THE ROLE

The Commercial Law team acts for a broad mix of clients - from investors and entrepreneurs to family businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates.

They advise across industries and deliver both transactional and strategic work. The firm is now looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Lawyer who understands how to meet client needs and offer practical, business-minded advice.

The role will be shaped around your experience and client base, but will likely include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, loan and security documents
• Corporate structuring, including complex shareholder and unitholder arrangements
• Asset and share sales, joint ventures, governance, and M&A

YOU

You're a confident, commercially-minded lawyer - ideally at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level - with solid experience in commercial law and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.

A small portable client base would be welcomed, but there's also work ready to be referred your way. You're motivated, professional, and ready to grow your practice in a firm that supports autonomy and career progression.
