This is a very rare opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer (3 years+ PAE) to join one of Australia's most dynamic firms. We are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic commercial team and create the career they have always dreamed of. Key Responsibilities include:

Advise clients on a range of commercial, corporate, and business law matters

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, agreements and deeds

Manage client files with a focus on communication, and achieving client outcomes.

Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

About You

The successful candidate must have a proven ability to take instructions, run matters independently, work collaboratively, and provide assistance to our partners and enthusiastic junior staff.

Admitted as a Lawyer in Victoria with 3 years PAE in corporate and commercial law.

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Demonstrated practical problem solving abilities

Experience in business sales and acquisitions, general commercial drafting and transactional work (experience in franchising a bonus)

A proactive, client-focused approach with attention to detail.

A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.

Team-oriented, with integrity and a collaborative mindset

To be considered for this role, you will be a commercially driven enthusiastic lawyer, have highly developed and effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a highly functional team and pride yourself on your ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
