We are seeking an experienced ICT Systems Trainer to design, deliver and maintain our organisation's training programs to ensure end-users can effectively operate our IT systems, applications and tools. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our team’s digital literacy, improving system adoption, to allow users to work confidently and efficiently with our premium technology.

Reporting to the ICT & Systems Manager, the successful applicant will be a customer-focused, continuous learner with a passion for enabling others to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training sessions (in-person, virtual, and on-demand) for end-users on IT systems, applications, and processes.

Create and maintain user guides, training manuals, quick reference materials, and video tutorials.

Assess training needs by working closely with business units, identifying knowledge gaps, and tailoring programs to meet user requirements.

Provide onboarding IT training for new employees to ensure smooth system adoption.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for core business systems (e.g., O365, ERP/CRM, SharePoint, Helpdesk systems).

Deliver refresher courses and update training content when systems are upgraded or new technologies are introduced.

Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.

Provide one-on-one coaching and troubleshooting assistance when required.

Work collaboratively with IT and department leads to ensure training aligns with organisational processes and compliance standards.

Essential Requirements

Certification in training, instructional design, or relevant IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer).

Experience using the Odoo ERP

Proven experience in delivering IT systems or software training.

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, collaboration tools).

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Strong documentation and instructional design skills.

Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)

Desirable Requirements

Experience with Odoo, SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or other ERP/CRM systems.

Experience in e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Knowledge of change management practices.

Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or multi-site environment.

Exposure to project work, testing, and system implementation.
