Based at a large, fully accredited facility in Northern NSW, you'll lead quality and compliance initiatives, mentor clinical teams, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the highest standards of care. With upcoming changes to the Aged Care Quality Standards, your expertise will be instrumental in preparing the facility for future success.

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration with experience in a leadership capacity within residential aged care
• Postgraduate qualifications and/or Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable)
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards with prior experience leading a facility through the accreditation process
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for values driven quality care
