The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller and as a 2IC in the team, this role will be focused on the following duties:

• Preparation of statutory financial reporting
• Interpretation and application of Australian accounting standards
• Financial reporting for international subsidiary companies
• Review month end journals, review reconciliation and review month-end P&L
• Assist in preparation of FBT & Company income tax return, review BAS
• Facilitate monthly processes including completeness of postings and balance sheet reconciliations
• Implementation and customisation of accounting information systems
• Lead key process improvement projects
• Working closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight critical to decision-making

• You are a qualified CA/CPA
• Strong excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
