The Role
As a Qualified Painter, you will play a key role in preparing and finishing a range of residential and commercial projects. From surface preparation to final coats, you will take pride in delivering a high-quality finish that reflects the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation – Prepare, sand, and prime surfaces for painting and finishing
Application – Apply paint, varnish, and protective coatings to achieve a flawless finish
Quality Assurance – Inspect and maintain high standards of workmanship across all projects
Team Collaboration – Work closely with other trades and team members to meet project goals
Safety and Cleanliness – Maintain safe work practices and ensure clean, organised job sites
Client Satisfaction – Take pride in presentation and quality that exceeds client expectations
About You
You are a qualified painter who takes pride in your craft and enjoys being part of a team that values quality and care. You bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for achieving great results.
You will have:
A Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification (preferred)
Experience in residential or commercial painting projects
Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods
Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, professional work environment
A positive, team-focused attitude
