The Role
As a Painter, you will play a key part in preparing and finishing a variety of residential and commercial projects. From surface preparation through to final coats, your workmanship will reflect the company’s reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation – Prepare, sand, and prime surfaces for painting and finishing
Application – Apply paint, varnish, and protective coatings to achieve a flawless finish
Quality Assurance – Inspect and maintain high standards of workmanship across all projects
Team Collaboration – Work closely with other trades and team members to meet project goals
Safety and Cleanliness – Maintain safe work practices and ensure clean, organised job sites
Client Satisfaction – Take pride in presentation and quality that exceeds client expectations
About You
You are a trade-qualified painter who takes pride in your craft and values working within a supportive team. You enjoy producing high-quality finishes and have a strong eye for detail.
You will have:
A Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification (preferred)
Experience in residential or commercial painting projects
Strong attention to detail and quality of finish
Good knowledge of paints, coatings, and preparation methods
Commitment to safety and maintaining clean, professional work areas
A positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable work ethic
