About the Role:
Deliver expert advice and support to Project Managers and Administrators to ensure compliance with business processes on Project and Contract Administration matters.
Manage documentation, data recording, and records for a range of projects including Capital Works, Minor New Works, Repairs and Maintenance, Consultancy, and Recoverable Works.
Monitor and undertake financial administration to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with cash flow and expenditure targets.
Mentor and support team members, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Build strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively on project matters.
About You:
Proven experience in project and contract administration across a range of infrastructure initiatives.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams, client agencies, and stakeholders.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/project management systems.
A commitment to mentoring others and fostering a positive team culture.
Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
