· Manage maintenance and repairs of trucks and trailers to meet safety and operational standards.

· Liaise with workshop and hire teams to ensure equipment is ready for delivery and rehire on time.

· Reconcile subcontractor invoices, prepare weekly transport summaries, and monitor cost control and productivity.

· Assist with generating hire contracts, purchase orders, and processing customer credits or disputes.

· Ensure all plant and transport documentation is up to date, compliant, and stored accurately.

· Maintain a high level of customer service and communication across transport, hire, and service administration teams.

· Provide regular reports and updates to branch and general managers.

Experience in logistics, transport coordination, or equipment hire (preferred).

Strong organisational and time management skills.
