About the Role

You’ll be assisting our construction manager on a variety of pool builds and installations. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic. The right person will take pride in their work, show attention to detail, and be able to work independently once trained.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of pool construction and site preparation

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organised work site

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Support senior tradespeople and follow instructions accurately

Work both independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

Full driver’s licence

Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic

Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work

Previous trade or construction experience is an advantage, but not essential

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
