Our Opportunity
Are you passionate about leading impactful work in the family violence sector? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation, as our Adult Using Family Violence Team Leader. This role sits within our Men's Services Team at The Orange Door. As the Team Leader, you will oversee the practice of practitioners working with men who use family violence, supporting them to change their behaviour through risk assessment, safety planning, and referrals to programs such as Men's Behaviour Change.
About You
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individual with at least 5 years' experience in the family violence sector and at least 2 years demonstrated leadership experience. You will thrive working both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Attributes
- Bachelor qualification in Social Work or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in the family violence sector
- Previous experience in supporting men to change their behaviour
- Demonstrated ability to support staff resilience and confident decision-making through effective coaching and capability-building.
