About the Role
We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team to lead the development and delivery of clinical training, and to support our organisation in maintaining high standards of practice through robust policy and procedure development.

In this role, you will:

Develop and deliver clinical and health-related training to support staff.

Review, update, and write organisational policies and procedures in line with NDIS Practice Standards, clinical governance, and best practice.

Provide clinical guidance and support to staff in areas such as medication administration, infection control, continence, and wound care.

Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

Promote a culture of safety, education, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

About You
You are a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with a strong understanding of the NDIS and disability support sector. You're confident in policy writing, staff training, and quality improvement processes.

Essential Criteria

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in policy development and clinical training delivery.

Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and clinical governance frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Desirable

Experience working in the disability, aged care or community sector.

Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
