About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced International Marketing & Recruitment Officer to drive student recruitment, manage agent networks, and promote AGI’s training programs both onshore and offshore.
You will:
Develop and execute international marketing strategies in alignment with AGI’s CRICOS obligations and branding guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with agents, partners, and international students.
Conduct market research to identify new markets and recruitment opportunities.
Represent AGI at education expos, virtual education sessions/fairs, and partner meetings.
· Provide accurate information to students on courses, visa, enrolment processes and compliance matters.
Assist with international student support, data reporting, and administrative tasks.
Work with AGI’s administrative team to support enrolment, orientation, and post-arrival engagement.
Meet and exceed student recruitment targets while maintaining compliance with ESOS, the National Code and relevant marketing standards under the 2025 RTO Compliance Framework.
About You
You’ll bring energy, initiative, and experience in international education marketing.
To succeed, you’ll need:
Demonstrated success in international student recruitment and marketing.
Knowledge of onshore and offshore recruitment processes and CRICOS compliance.
Knowledge and demonstrated success with social media tools and marketing software
Excellent written and oral communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet targets.
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Confidence using CRM tools, education portals, and digital marketing platforms.

What We Offer
Competitive base salary $72,000 + 12% Super + Commission (approx. $85k+)
