Heavy Duty Fitters - Duties

• Rebuild and repair a wide range of earthmoving equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi)
• Schedule repairs, perform fault finding and diagnostics
• Carry out preventative maintenance and major component change-outs
• Use CAT SIS for diagnostics, technical info, and parts lookup
• Complete machine inspection reports before dispatch
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Always work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Light Vehicle Fitters - Duties

• Conduct scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on light vehicles
• Perform detailed inspections and repairs to OEM standards
• Complete service and repair documentation accurately
• Work closely with other trades and supervisors in a team environment
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, safe workshop

Requirements

• Relevant Trade Certificate (Cert III in Heavy Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanics)
• Valid C-Class Driver's Licence (no provisional or restricted licences)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Ability to follow workshop procedures and safety protocols
• Reliable, team-focused, and proactive approach to work
