Hourly Rate: $40 per hour starting rate

What You’ll Do:

Carry out high-performance upgrades using industry-leading brands

Work on a variety of diesel 4WDs with the latest equipment and tooling

Conduct diagnostic assessments and solve complex mechanical issues

Mentor and support apprentice staff, helping them develop their skills

Participate in 4WD show days and community automotive events

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in mechanical work, especially performance upgrades

Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

Passion for the diesel 4x4 industry

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Positive attitude, team player mindset, and willingness to mentor apprentices

Base rate of $40 per hour for trial period with overtime available if desired
