The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

Generating, nurturing, and converting leads across multiple channels

Booking studio tours, trials, and consultations with potential clients

Managing all sales activity in our CRM and following up with leads efficiently

Communicating pricing, offers, and membership options with confidence

Responding to DMs, emails, and SMS enquiries with warmth and clarity

Maintaining member relationships and delivering excellent service

Supporting front desk operations and assisting in daily studio needs

Contributing to the overall vibe and success of the Shine community

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer-facing roles

Background in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio environments is a bonus

Strong communication skills - both in person and via phone/email

Confident, coachable, and target-driven

Positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people

Great time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Passionate about health, wellness, and helping people make lasting changes
