Key Responsibilities
Sales & Showroom

Greet and assist retail and trade customers in the showroom

Provide product information, advice, and quotes

Process orders and payments accurately

Maintain showroom displays and presentation

Store & Warehouse

Receive and check incoming stock

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers

Schedule deliveries and liaise with customers

About You

Friendly and professional, with great communication skills

Previous experience in retail, sales, or warehousing (preferred)

Trade background preferred

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Basic computer skills for processing orders and stock
