About the role

GB Plastics and Blinds is looking for a friendly and passionate sales representative to work within our growing family business. You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales skills to our customers and driving sales growth. In this off site remote position you'll leverage your exceptional sales skills to help our customers across Southern Adelaide find the perfect solution to suit their needs from our range products including Outdoor Blinds, Indoor Blinds, Roller Shutters, Plantation Shutters, Window Awnings and more.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers on site to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions from our range of products

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

Process orders and handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferably with previous knowledge within the blinds industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations

Excellent organizational skills and punctuality

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive brand image
