What You'll Be Doing:

Perform top-notch service and repair work on trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles for large fleets.

Lead and guide our junior staff, imparting your expertise and providing valuable diagnosis.

Collaborate on scheduling, quoting, and field data capture.

Engage with customers, conveying technical insights when needed.

Embark on-site visits to various workshops for scheduled maintenance and breakdown assistance.

What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will embody these qualities:

Hold a trade qualification and have experience with heavy vehicles and their systems.

Demonstrate skill in diagnosing mechanical faults.

Display organisational skills to efficiently manage tasks.

Exhibit a results-oriented mindset with a drive to make a positive impact.

Possess effective communication skills to diagnose issues based on customer input.

Embrace a strong work ethic and reliability.

Showcase prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven aptitude for the job.

Have a valid NSW driver's license; additional HR, HC, and RMS Inspector's licenses are advantageous.
