Advanciv, part of the ATB Morton Group of Companies, is seeking skilled Steel Fixers, Welders, and Precast Concreters to join our expanding team at our new civil concrete manufacturing plant in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:

Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental standards

Work with precast concrete, moulds, and reinforced steel

Steel fixing and preparing reo cages

Basic welding as needed

General labouring and manual handling duties

Maintain clean work areas and tools

Collaborate to meet production deadlines

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in precast concrete and steel fixing

Basic welding skills highly regarded

Ability to read plans/drawings and follow instructions

Forklift (LF) and overhead crane experience desirable

Strong work ethic – reliable, hands-on, team-focused

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

High attention to detail and safety awareness

Successful candidates must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, and participate in ongoing random on-site testing.
