Qualifications & experience

MS Office experience with particular strengths in Excel

Time in similar procurement, accounts or administration role

Supply Chain experience essential

NetSuite ERP software experience desirable

Ability to learn fast and use initiative

Problem Solver

Tasks & responsibilities

Work closely with Procurement Team on the coordination of local procurement processes & spare parts import order management

Administrative tasks for supplier purchase orders/lead times

Assist in management of international shipping – document reconciliation

Team player with strong communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to focus...must love the detail!
