The Position

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Sydney team.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial laundry machinery — from installation and commissioning through to service and maintenance.

You will be part of a supportive, skilled, and customer-focused team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide both reactive and preventative maintenance for laundry machinery

Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs

Assist with equipment installation and commissioning on client sites

Maintain detailed service records and ensure high-quality workmanship

Manage and maintain van stock, tools, and service parts

Support customers with troubleshooting and operational guidance

What You’ll Bring

Electrical Trade Certificate or Cert III in Appliance Servicing (with electrical endorsement)

Restricted Electrical Licence or higher (essential)

Current Driver’s Licence (essential)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability across electromechanical systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with a commitment to customer satisfaction

Experience with commercial or industrial laundry machinery (highly regarded)

Willingness to travel interstate and regional areas as required

Gas licence (advantageous)
