About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Modern Workplace Consultant to design, implement, and optimise Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions that enable collaboration, automation, and compliance across our client base.

You’ll lead the delivery of Modern Workplace, Teams, and SharePoint environments, drive Copilot readiness, and help organisations embrace workflow digitisation and information governance best practices.

This role combines technical consulting, advisory, and change enablement — ideal for someone passionate about helping organisations transform how they work, communicate, and innovate.

Key Focus Areas

Modern Tools & Operational Excellence: Design and deliver Microsoft 365 environments that drive productivity and governance.

Copilot Readiness & Information Management: Prepare clients for AI-driven collaboration while ensuring compliance and security.

Microsoft 365 Productivity: Deploy and optimise Teams, OneDrive, and M365 apps for hybrid work environments.

SharePoint Management & Corporate Intranets: Design, migrate, and maintain modern SharePoint Online and intranet sites.

Forms & Workflow Digitisation: Build Power Automate and Power Apps workflows to streamline business processes.

Adoption & Change Management: Enable clients through structured rollout, communications, and end-user training programs.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace or Microsoft 365 consulting projects.

Proven capability with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.

Deep understanding of information management, data protection, and governance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.

Experience with adoption and change management programs.

Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and ACSC Essential Eight.

Relevant Certifications (Highly Regarded)

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate

Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (formerly Modern Desktop Administrator)

Advanced Certifications:

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Teams Meetings and Meeting Rooms Technical Assessment
