We're seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SOE management, and Azure-based endpoint solutions. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, automated, and user-friendly digital workspaces that enhance productivity and compliance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, build, and maintain secure Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE)

· Manage Intune and Autopilot for endpoint deployment, patching, and compliance

· Oversee application packaging, testing, and deployment

· Integrate Intune with SCCM and other enterprise tools for co-management

· Implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Power Platform tools

· Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet Essential Eight (E8) compliance

· Provide L3 escalation support for device management and endpoint issues

· Maintain accurate documentation and configuration baselines

· Drive innovation through AI and automation integration (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience as a Modern Workplace, SOE, or Intune Engineer in enterprise settings

· Strong background in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD

· Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python preferred)

· Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot, or automation frameworks highly regarded

· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

· Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and enterprise patch management
