KINNECT is expanding in Western Australia, and we’re looking for a 3rd Team Manager to step into a leadership role. You’ll work alongside two experienced and supportive managers who will help you transition confidently into the role and feel at home within the team.

As a Team Manager, you will:

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and support your team to deliver exceptional care and grow professionally.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards across physical and psychological case management.
• Drive Performance: Share accountability for your clinic’s financial outcomes through effective leadership and strategic input.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years in Workplace Rehabilitation with strong return-to-work case management skills.
• Leadership Potential: Previous management experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll help you grow.
• OH Knowledge: Familiarity with Occupational Health frameworks is ideal (training provided).
• Registration: Accredited with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
• People Skills: Ability to connect with injured workers, employers, and insurers to achieve sustainable RTW outcomes.
