We are currently seeking Document Prep Assistants to join our large mailhouse client in Ravenhall VIC. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy structured, hands-on work in a supportive environment — we want to hear from you!
Monday to Friday, 7AM–3PM
Pay Rate: $31.17 per hour
Duration: Ongoing project until March next year
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, sorting, and organising paper documents for scanning and digital processing
• Removing staples, clips, and ensuring documents are in correct order
• Repairing minor paper damage (e.g. tears, folds) before scanning
• Handling confidential information with care and accuracy
• Assisting with batching, barcoding, and indexing of documents
• Operating scanning equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in document handling, mailroom, or administration preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear instructions
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat an advantage)
• Physically capable of standing for long periods
• Own transport (parking available on site in Ravenhall)
