Housekeeping Staff – Gold Coast

About the Role
Serene Facility Group is looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team in the Gold Coast area. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facilities to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or hold a valid work visa.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces to the highest standards

Replenish supplies, linens, and amenities in guest rooms and public areas

Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to relevant teams

Support special cleaning projects and event preparations when required

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction

Comply with all health, safety, and security guidelines

Complete a police check as part of the security requirements

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, ideally within hospitality

Minimum of 1+ years housekeeping experience is required

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Friendly and professional communication style

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays

Availability for day shifts only is required
