Chancery Lane is a contemporary European Bistro in the beautiful Normanby Chambers heritage building on Little Collins Street. Have considerable experience and good references

Be looking to make their next career step within the industry

Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Be able to make a significant contribution to the success of the brand

Always maintain exceptional presentation and grooming

Have a great eye for detail and design

Understand what it is to go ‘the extra mile’ for the customer

Have a genuine interest in premium products and their delivery

Be able to work a flexible roster including weekends, and some public holidays (We are closed Sundays)
